SHIPPING & DELIVERY POLICY

Please carefully review this policy before making a purchase. It applies to all orders placed through our store.

Shipping Options and Fulfillment:

We offer various shipping options depending on the product and destination. In some cases, fulfillment and delivery may be handled by third-party logistics partners.

Order Processing Time:

Order processing time depends on product availability:

In-stock products are typically shipped on the next business day.
Products available on request:
- Available from manufacturer – shipped within 7–10 business days
- Custom production required – shipped within up to 3 weeks

Customers will receive an email notification once the order is confirmed and ready for dispatch.

Shipping Origin and Coverage:

All main products (such as baby prams) are shipped directly from our European factory in Poland to customers across the United Arab Emirates (UAE), including Dubai.

All orders include international door-to-door delivery, and shipping costs are fully covered by us – there are no additional delivery fees for the customer.

Delivery is carried out by trusted logistics providers and typically takes between 3 and 10 business days, depending on the delivery location.

Free Shipping:

We offer free international door-to-door delivery on all main products (such as baby prams). This includes cross-border shipping from Poland to the UAE.

Shipping of Accessories:

Free shipping applies only to main products.

Please note that certain accessories are not eligible for individual international shipping, as dispatching them separately may not be logistically or economically viable.

Therefore:

Accessories can only be shipped together with a main product or as part of a larger combined order.
We reserve the right to restrict the individual purchase of such items if separate shipping is not cost-effective.

Customers are encouraged to contact us prior to placing an order to confirm available delivery options for accessories.

Do You Offer International Shipping?

Yes. We offer international delivery from Poland to customers in the United Arab Emirates.
At this time, we do not ship to countries outside the UAE.

Are There Any Shipping Restrictions?

Yes.

We do not deliver to P.O. boxes.
Additional shipping restrictions may apply during public holidays or promotional periods.
We reserve the right to modify or limit delivery options in exceptional circumstances.
