RETURN POLICY
Thank you for your purchase. We hope you are happy with your order. However, if you are not completely satisfied for any reason, you may return eligible items for a refund, store credit, or exchange. Please review the policy below for full details.
Returns:
Our return policy depends on the type and origin of the item you have purchased:
In-stock items available in our Dubai warehouse – These items are eligible for return within seven (7) days of the purchase date. Returned products must be unused, undamaged, in their original condition, and include all original packaging, tags, and labels.
Special order items sourced from Poland – This includes:
Products made-to-order by Polish manufacturers
Items fulfilled directly from warehouses in Poland
These products cannot be returned, as they are not kept in our Dubai warehouse and are processed individually upon customer request.
If you are unsure about a product before purchasing, we can arrange a product presentation at your location to ensure it meets your expectations.
NOTE: Items that do not meet the return conditions stated above will not be accepted.
Return process:
To initiate a return, please contact us at info@babystroller.ae.
Your order number (e.g., #4378) will serve as your Return Merchandise Authorization (RMA) number.
Please clearly mark your order number on the return package. This will help us identify and process your return more efficiently.
After your return is confirmed, securely place the item in its original packaging and mail it to the address below:

Return shipping costs are the responsibility of the customer unless the item received is defective or damaged.
Refunds:
Once we receive your return and inspect its condition, we will process your refund or exchange. Please allow at least seven (7) business days from the date we receive your item for processing.
Refunds may take 1–2 billing cycles to appear on your credit card statement, depending on your payment provider.
Exceptions:
The following items cannot be returned or exchanged:
Products made to custom order
Items sourced from Poland
Items not in original condition or missing packaging
Products marked as “Final Sale”
Opened hygiene-related items
For defective or damaged items, please contact us to arrange a refund or exchange.
Please note:
Returns without a clearly visible order number (RMA) on the package will not be accepted.
Items returned after the return period may not be eligible for a refund.
We reserve the right to refuse returns that do not meet the above criteria.
Shipping fees (if charged initially) are non-refundable.
